Natasha joins the PAL Network Secretariat from ASER Nepal, where she has been working as a Program Officer in ASER Nepal’s host organization – GalliGalli. At ASER Nepal, Natasha oversees all project activities, manages the program budget and project staff, and prepares progress reports. As a PAL Network 2018 Research Fellow, Natasha will spend four months conducting an independent research project that produces new analysis from existing data. Natasha will author a Working Paper that investigates the impact of conflict and natural disasters on the learning outcomes of children in South Asia. Previously, Natasha was selected as a Daayitwa-Nepal Public Service Fellow. Natasha holds a Masters degree in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies from Tribhuwan University, Nepal.
