Sinaba Massaman is the Director of the Bɛɛkunko program at ‘Œuvre Malienne d’Aide à l’Enfance du Sahel’ (OMAES) in Mali. Sinaba is responsible for leading the citizen-led assessment effort in Mali. With over twenty-five years’ experience leading programs in NGOs and the civil service, Sinaba possesses substantial experience coordinating partnerships between Malian and international civil society organizations and government departments. Previously, Sinaba worked as Head of Statistics on Imports for the Malian Government, and currently serves as the President of the International Reading Association in Mali (AIL/Mali).
