Armando Ali joined PAL Network in July 2021 as the Chief Executive Officer. He previously worked with UNICEF and as the Senior Advisor to Facilidade, an NGO in Northern Mozambique mobilizing citizens to participate in ensuring the delivery of quality public services. Before joining UNICEF, Armando coordinated the implementation of Mozambique’s citizen-led action – Wiixutta Nithweelaka – a new methodology based on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) that allows children to improve their reading. He is also a member of the UNESCO's Spotlight technical review group.
