Jorge joined the Network in September 2024. He is currently responsible for managing and communicating assessment related activities, supporting data collection, and ensuring that program initiatives are delivered as planned. Jorge holds a degree in International Relations from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP). Before joining the network, he worked at the Ministry of Public Security of Mexico and other international organizations such as Telus International, and Centro de Estudios de Impunidad y Justicia (CESIJ), as a human rights researcher.
