Paul a rejoint le réseau PAL en octobre 2018. Il est responsable de l'image de marque globale et des médias sociaux et soutient les activités de communication et de plaidoyer de l'organisation. Paul a rejoint l'organisation en tant que stagiaire, après quoi il est devenu assistant de programme, travaillant dans l'administration du programme et les ressources humaines avant son rôle actuel. Auparavant, il a travaillé comme bénévole pour Youth Alive ! Kenya.

Paul serves as a Program Officer in Advocacy and Communications, where he is responsible for the overall branding, multimedia content creation, social media management, and website management. Additionally, he supports the development and execution of advocacy strategies and activities that position PAL Network as a thought leader in education. He joined the organisation as an intern, after which he became a program assistant, working in program administration and Human Resource before his current role. He has previously worked as a volunteer with Youth Alive! Kenya.
