LEARNigeria is officially launched at the inaugural Nigerian Education Summit held in Lagos, Nigeria. Representatives from the PAL Network Secretariat attend.

The PAL Network Secretariat is established, with a headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.

Third “Family” Meeting is held in Aurangabad, India. Representatives from ASER Centre, ASER Pakistan, Uwezo Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, Bɛɛkunko, Jàngandoo, Medición Independiente de Aprendizajes attend, plus a team from Nigeria.

ASER Pakistan celebrates 5 years of conducting citizen-led assessments with a national launch and policy roundtable in Islamabad, Pakistan. Colleagues from Pakistan and East Africa attend.

ASER India celebrates 10 years of conducting citizen-led assessments with a report launch and celebration held in Delhi, India. All 9 citizen-led assessment country teams are present at the launch.
