Banishwar Singh works as a Learning Measurement Officer at PAL Network, where he develops analytical frameworks and performs data analysis to generate meaningful insights across the organisation's action, assessment, and research portfolio spanning multiple member countries. Before joining PAL, he supported monitoring and evaluation at Pratham Education Foundation - ASER Centre, overseeing large-scale government partnership programmes across several Indian states. He holds a joint Master's in Economics from University College London and Charles University.
