Ms. Binta Rassouloula AW/SALL is an experienced Inspector of Elementary Education specializing in institutional change and monitoring-evaluation. She has successfully coordinated the World Bank-funded adult literacy program in Senegal and led the UNESCO-funded research-action on literacy measurement (RAMAA). Binta serves as the coordinator of the Non-Formal Education Working Group of ADEA/Senegal (GTENF/ADEA). With over 20 years of expertise, she excels in assessment and interventions, developing measurement tools, training assessors, conducting field surveys, analysing data, and producing reports. As an international education consultant, she has conducted studies and assessments across various countries.
