Boureima Allaye Toure is a experienced sociologist and a leader accomplished in the development landscape in Mali. He chairs the National Civil Society Council of Mali and is also at the head of the Malian work to help the childhood of the Sahel in Mali (Omaes), a member of the PAL network in Mali. Mr. Toure's professional career reflects a deep commitment to social development. Recognized for his management skills and his ability to solve problems, he has become a recognized leader in the development of NGOs in Mali, in particular in the civil society sector. He is currently directing OMAES a Malian organization of assistance to children in the Sahel created since 1982, a venerable institution which has more than 130 projects in the fields of education, health, food security, governance and strengthening of capacities of civil society. His leadership propelled the OMAES to the forefront of initiatives with a direct and recognized impact on the country.
