Dr. Daniel Mwaringa is the Board Chair of the Coast Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) and a full-time lecturer in Communication and Media Studies at the Technical University of Mombasa. With over two decades of experience in education, he has held key roles, including Deputy Director at the Institute of Research, Innovations, and Extensions (IRIE). Dr Mwaringa has also contributed to citizen-led assessments at Uwezo Kenya, where he specialized in tools development, data analysis, stakeholder engagement and result dissemination. He holds a PhD in Communication from Daystar University.
