Dr. Kadiatou BABY MAIGA, is a highly accomplished expert in education, gender, and youth empowerment, with extensive experience working in Mali and internationally across Africa, Asia, and Europe. Her expertise centers on the education and socio-professional integration of girls, women, and vulnerable youth. She is skilled in project management, gender and human rights advocacy, resource mobilization, and monitoring and evaluation. Kady has also held leadership roles in networks that influence education policies at both national and international levels. She holds a Doctorate in Education Sciences from the University of Mali and has been recognized with several honors, including the Knight of the National Order of Mali (2014) and the US Ambassador's Award for "Women in Excellence in Education" (2010).
