Dr. Najme Kishani works as the Research Manager at PAL Network. With a pioneering spirit and deep expertise, she spearheads the research team, focusing on enhancing assessments, actions, advocacy, and forging innovative research partnerships. Previously, as a Research Associate at the University of Toronto, Dr. Kishani advanced gender analysis and leadership for equity-deserving groups in STEM. Her academic pursuits, culminating in a PhD and postdoctoral fellowship, explored equitable education's impact in conflict-affected areas. She has been a key advocate for equity and justice though her international development work, including roles at UNICEF and the Education Development Center in the Middle East and East Africa.
