Dr. Tania Cruz Cordero joined the PAL Network as Program Officer for Data Management and Analysis in September 2024. In this role, she leads the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of the network’s large-scale assessments. Dr. Cruz Cordero holds a PhD in Educational Statistics and Research Methods, with a research focus on literacy instruction, mathematical cognition, and program evaluation. Before joining PAL Network, she served as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Delaware, where she applied mixed methods designs to assess and improve educational programs and interventions.
