Khady Kane NGOM is a legal expert specializing in private and business law (Université Cheikh Anta Diop - UCAD), with certification in project management. As a research assistant and project manager at the Laboratoire de Recherche sur les Transformations Économiques et Sociales - Institut Fondamental d'Afrique Noire (LARTES-IFAN), she coordinates international studies on education, gender and health.
Khady is also a specialist in qualitative methods (NVivo certified). She piloted the Forum for African Women Educationalists' (FAWE) “gender-sensitive schools” project in 4 countries.
She previously was the Director of Operations (Groupe Stratégies & Leadership) and her 15 years' experience covers the evaluation of development programs in sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on gender equality and inclusive education policies.
