Muhammad Usman
Program Manager
Usman joined the PAL Network in January 2017 and currently serves as the Program Manager, overseeing the development, execution, and coordination of large-scale common assessment projects. He has played a pivotal role in the conceptualization and development of data quality standards frameworks, as well as the creation of the International Common Assessments of Numeracy and Reading (ICAN & ICARe), and Early Language & Literacy and Numeracy Tool (PAL-ELANA) assessment tools. Prior to his tenure at the Network, Usman was a Data Analyst for ASER Pakistan, managing data cleaning, analysis, and reporting for five annual ASER cycles from 2012 to 2016. Usman holds an MPhil in Education Leadership and Management from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
