Ndocha Mugoya is a seasoned finance and operations professional with 13 years of experience in Financial and Grants Management, Compliance, Procurement, Risk Management, Human Resource, and Governance, within the NGO sector. Prior to joining PAL Network, he served as Finance and Administration Manager and later as Operations Manager at Basic Needs Basic Rights Kenya, where he played a key role in strengthening governance, optimizing resource allocation, and streamlining operations for organizational sustainability. Ndocha is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), passionate about financial integrity and sustainable operations. He is committed to supporting PAL Network’s mission through impactful financial and operations systems. Out of work, he enjoys spending time with family, participating in marathons, cycling, and travelling, especially in the countryside.
