Sakshi is a Development Economist currently based in Kampala, working at the Ministry of Education and Sports in Uganda through the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) Fellowship Scheme. She has previously worked in social protection, agriculture, gender, and financial inclusion at the World Bank and Inclusion Economics India Centre. Sakshi holds a Master of Arts degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. When not working, she can be found reading, running, cooking, or travelling.
