ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Communication and Visibility Consultant (Individual or Firm) to support the implementation of PAL Network’s network-wide, multi-channel communications strategy by increasing the visibility of the Network and its members through high-quality content creation, strong digital platforms, and effective amplification of evidence and impact. Working closely with the Program Manager, Advocacy and Secretariat teams, the Consultant will play a key role in positioning PAL Network as a thought leader in education and ensuring that learning evidence and stories from across the Network are accessible, engaging, and widely shared. 

The Communication and Visibility Consultant will:

  1. Develop and manage content across PAL Network’s digital platforms, including newsletters, social media, and online publications.
  2. Develop and manage content across PAL Network’s digital platforms, including newsletters, social media, and online publications.
  3. Lead design and packaging of communication products, reports, briefs, and visibility materials.
  4. Manage and optimize PAL Network’s website and social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  5. Collect, curate, and amplify impact stories, visuals, and member achievements across the Network.
Consultant (Individual/Firm) Profile

The consultancy is open to qualified individual consultants or consulting firms with demonstrated experience in communications and visibility for international or network-based organizations.

Applicants should demonstrate:

  1. Proven experience managing multi-channel communications for international or network-based organizations.
  2. Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and digital storytelling.
  3. Experience managing CMS-based websites and social media analytics.
  4. Excellent English communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a strong asset.

Where the applicant is a consulting firm, the application should clearly indicate the lead consultant and proposed team, including relevant roles and experience.
