NEW: ICAN tool is live! The ICAN (International Common Assessment of Numeracy) tool, developed and implemented by PAL Network is available on the website. ICAN is a robust, open-source assessment of foundational numeracy aligned to SDG 4.1.1 (a). ICAN has been implemented as a large-scale proof of concept in a district each of 13 countries, spread across 3 continents. The ICAN report will be launched virtually on 9 July , 2020.
